In response to Executive Order 2020-144 and upon reopening the spa we have implemented the following procedures. These are in accordance with CDC guidelines and guidance from the state of Michigan to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and sanitization processes and will continue to take all necessary extra precautions.

Stay home if you are sick!
  • We ask that if you are sick please do not come to your appointment. There is no penalty for cancelling because of an illness. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 we will not reschedule any appointments until 14 days later.

  • All staff and clients must complete a health questionnaire upon arrival at the spa.

  • Temperatures will be taken for all clients and staff upon entering the spa. If your temperature is at or above 100.4 degrees we will refuse service or send an employee home.

Protect yourself and us – wear a mask!
  • Please bring a mask and put it on before coming into the building. If you do not have one we will provide you with a disposable mask. 

  • Masks must be worn at all times with the exception of when you are in a treatment room receiving a service that requires you to take it off.

  • All staff is required to wear a mask at all times in the spa.

  • We have provided face shields for employees for added protection & installed Plexiglas shields at the front desk and nail stations.

Social Distance. 
  • We have a designated seating chart for clients in the waiting area to remain 6ft. apart.

  • Floor markers have been added at the front desk to ensure required spacing between clients.

Temporary & necessary changes.
  • Things may look slightly different than usual at the spa. Need not worry, we are still making sure you are comfortable, pampered and taken care of during your visit.

  • We have removed all self-service beverages – we have disposable serving ware for our usual mimosas, champagne, white wine, coffee, water & tea. If you need a refill ask any of our staff and we will gladly assist you.

  • All magazines, testers and other non-essential shared items in the spa have been removed for the time being. 

Sanitize. Repeat.
  • We have set up a hand sanitizing station at the entrance of the spa and require all clients to do so when entering the spa.

  • Implements and all surfaces throughout the spa will be sanitized constantly throughout the day – this includes restrooms, waiting areas, door handles, light switches & POS machines.
